Paste is on the Edit menu. Paste places a copy of the Clipboard at the insertion point or replaces the currently selected text block or graphics image with a copy of the Clipboard. Paste does not remove information from the Clipboard. It just makes a copy of it at the place you choose. So, the information remains on the Clipboard until the next time you cut or copy — even if it’s after you quit MORE and start another application that uses Paste.
By pressing Option-Command-V, you can paste the rule set on the Clipboard to the selected headline, or to the current selection in a tree chart or bullet chart.
